Tanya rocks the Renaissance Faire experience every year!
Tanya grew up in the southern United States and for the first 18 years of her life thought tea was only good if iced and thick with sugar. Then she went to Scotland and had loose leaf tea for the first time and it changed everything. Over the years she has tried all kinds of tea from hours old Japanese green tea to decades old Chinese Pu’erh. But, she knows you do not have to buy exotic teas to enjoy a delightful cuppa.
One day she had the opportunity to create tea blends through a tea company and she enjoyed this creative and delicious outlet for many years, even running a small shop at a local faire with friends selling those teas. However, some exclusionary practices of that company went public and since Tanya is a firm believer in supporting and loving marginalised groups she cut ties and eventually opened her own tea blending business, Tabletop Teas.

Tabletop Teas uses all manner of geekiness as inspiration and Tanya is committed to using quality ingredients. Every tea is carefully considered and then crafted in small batches to be both delectable and true to their inspiration.
